Paleo Muesli Recipe 


This coco-nutty paleo muesli is a real hit with our guests and fantastic for gluten free eaters or celiacs. Make it your own by adding your favourite gluten free goodies! This recipe makes 4 large jars of muesli - enough to keep you going for many weeks! You can easily 1⁄2 this recipe if you prefer to make a smaller batch. This muesli is perfect paired with our coconut & cashew milk for a nutritious and sustainable breakfast.

  • 2 cups cashew nuts 

  • 1 cup goji berries

  • 3 cups sunflower seeds 

  • 5 cups diced dried fruit

  • 3 cup pumpkin seeds 

  • 2 cups banana chips 


  • 2-3 kgs coconut flakes 

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1-2 kg shredded coconut 

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 cups almond 

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl excluding dried fruit & banana chips.

  2. Add maple syrup & vanilla essence to melted coconut oil and stir.

  3. Pour liquid mixture slowly over dry ingredients while stirring to ensure even coverage.

  4. Bake at 150°C for a couple of hours or until a light golden brown - slowly on a low heat is key for this muesli!

  5. Stir the mixture every 30 mins or so to get an even toasting.

  6. Once cooled add banana chips, fruit and goji berries, mix again and put into your favorite large glass jars for storage.
