BEAUTIFUL UPCYCLED ROOMS
The property is a character residence with eight individually-crafted rooms. Each room is named after its bespoke wooden headboard, made with wood salvaged from the renovation. The villa can sleep up to 20 guests with four ensuite rooms including a family room and four rooms that share 2.5 bathrooms. We can accommodate all configurations of sleeping arrangements with every super king bed able to be split into two single beds creating a total of 16 individual beds (2 doubles, 1 queen and 13 singles) plus the option of a fold-out couch and two rollaway beds, we have you covered.

Our large heated outdoor covered deck is a wonderful area for groups to dine and relax. The large kitchen with dual hobs, oven and microwave and 2 fridges makes self-catering a breeze. The quiet lounge with guitar and bookcase offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy the garden view. The beautifully renovated house with timeless features is perfect for wedding accommodation and is a wonderful space for photos and getting ready for the big day.

Ideally located opposite the renowned Cardboard Cathedral; on the edge of Latimer Square and the East Frame. The Eco Villa is just far enough away from the buzz of the city for quiet and relaxation yet close enough to the action to walk everywhere in our quaint yet diverse city. We are just 5 minutes walk to Christchurch’s Salt District; home to popular new dining hotspots. A short 5 minute stroll to New Regent Street; a 1930’s architecturally designed pedestrian mall and start of the historic tram ride. The East Frame, Avon River & the famous Magaret Mahy multi-million dollar family playground are just a few blocks away. The Botanical Gardens, Canterbury Museum and Christchurch Art Gallery located on the other side of city are only a 20 minute walk or take a bit longer and wander the promenade along the beautiful Avon River.
